Adoption Agreement

This agreement documents the transfer of ownership of the animal referenced in this agreement from Demo Animal Rescue to the Adopting Family referenced in this agreement. This agreement shall remain in effect for the life of the animal or until the return of the animal back to Demo Animal Rescue.

The Adopting Family agrees that they will care for the animal in a safe and humane manner, and as a family pet and companion.

The Adopting Family understands that Demo Animal Rescue makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the health or temperament of the animal. Demo Animal Rescue shall not be held liable for the behavior of the animal or any damages it may cause.

If this Adoption does not work out, Demo Animal Rescue requests that the Adopting Family please return the animal back to the Demo Animal Rescue.
