Your PetFinder account must have this Import feature turned on. The Administrator of the PetFinder account needs to send an email to PetFinder Technical Support with the following information:
- Group name & Petfinder shelter ID#
- Name of the software you’re using: Pawsumes, a new animal management software program developed by a rescue group for rescue groups.
- How the current pet listings in your account should be handled:
- A. Delete them
- B. Protect them from being deleted by your imported data
